A shame ... where to start so much that it is long ... For simplicity : March 2017, we decided to buy a new vehicle towards the dealerships. Offer on a Ford Fiesta, the dealership recovers my old vehicle for "normal" breakage which prevents me from making an advance on the order of the car. The salesperson sells us the 5 year warranty and all the blah. He tells us that given the few kilometers that the car will cover, there is no need to come in 1 year for the annual inspection as everything will be done within 20,000 km of the car. Here we are with a new car, rid of the old one. The trouble begins. 1st ticket for lack of insurance on the vehicle transferred 3 months earlier to the dealership. 2nd ticket for parking failure ... parking ?! But how is this possible when the car was destined for a scrapyard ?! First * snag * In short, I'll pass you the details, after multiple reminders with the dealership, the gendarmerie, the pound (because yes the vehicle is now impounded ...) of Carpentras, a dozen verbalizations for lack of parking or insurance etc, having written by registered letter to the High Court ... the concession pays me the almonds but no regularization. What will happen if the vehicle hits a child? The director of the establishment never received us, we are left to ourselves in this setback of procedures ... And there the height ?! When I arrived at 20,000km I was refused the guarantee because I did not come after a year ... To flee the garage is 0/20

The commercial side is excellent and the service at the top. I have not seen better in sales when I made a dozen concessions to find a car

Unpleasant technician, and not very professional. 1. I received a registered reminder for my Mazda (worry with the brakes), rdv postponed 3 times for no reason. 2. Indicator oil pressure that ignites and closes the engine so inability to drive, refusal to take emergency or pass the bag for the fault, go 2 months after because I did not do the drain at them.

Mechanical maintenance twice the price practiced in other garages MAZDA. Waiting for the QUOTE after 3 reminders, ie 3 weeks for a simple maintenance (emptying and pads). This garage only wants to sell new, other customers who are equipped in Ford or MAZDA are ignored ...
